   If you have been adversely affected by a state of emergency, there are provisions that are outlined in the ELM concerning Acts of God and payment of Administrative Leave because of natural disasters. 

    Any carrier that has been directed not to report for work or has been sent home or unable to get to work due to the weather conditions, please contact a steward immediately, as there may be the need to file grievances for proper payment by the postal service.
