NYRLCA  DISTRICT  PROPOSAL         

 

  • The NYRLCA Executive Board has tasked the District Committee to bring forth a proposal to change the existing individual or combined associations into districts, which will result in a proposed constitution and bylaws change. This proposal is being done in a fair and equitable manner.

  • There have been articles in the newsletter concerning this proposal. More information will be available at your county meetings, State Union Meetings and on the website, http://www.nyrlca.org as it is developed.

  • You should plan to stay as informed as possible. As members you have the right to offer points of support or opposition as input for consideration.
